The interview was very pleasant and not too intimidating. This is not due to top management, but simply due to the leader of the on-boarding process, who was probably the best of the management team as a whole. I was asked the standard questions about how I handled problems and difficult situations in the past, and was tested on how well I might work with the team at the airport.

Foi tranquilo, foi feito treinamento, deram todos os cursos e orientações necessárias, foi feita uma seleção em grande escala, para várias funções, depois foi separado por áreas, devido aos cursos que seriam feitos posteriormente, inclusive quero voltar a trabalhar no aeroporto.

Manager was 20 minutes late and made me rush through my interview. Questions were the usual ones. Make sure you know the job description and how to provide good customer service.

The hiring process consist in 1-2 interviews, in my case it was only one, they hired me on the spot, they asked a lot of questions about you background and why you’ll be a great fit for the position.
