The interview process was fairly straightforward. It is more about getting to know you and know about your ambition into the sustainable industry. Talk about your journey to the manager. It is really based on the hidden potential that you will be selected. Overall fairly easy.

Resume screening, video interview and then in person interview. Very relaxed although this may be different from one team to another. I applied for a pretty technical team and asked for my previous experience in finite element analysis and such. They put quite a focus on technical side so be sure to know your technical before the interview.
