I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Worley in Feb 2012
Interview
One of the most thorough interviews I have encountered. A month after my initial online application, the scheduled phone interview lasted a little over 90 minutes with the top two supervisors in that branch. There were numerous technical questions related to my past work as well as past schooling. Personality, teamwork, and future goals related questions were addressed as well. About 1-2 weeks after the phone interview I was scheduled for an in-person interview which lasted about 2 1/2 hours. It started with a 1:1 interview with the manager I would report to, and later I was introduced to the various managers and senior engineers where I had 1:1 interviews with them. Every person had different questions, and it seemed more focused in general on what kind of what I'd like to do, and how well I could compliment my skills with theirs. Overall a very rigorous interview you definitely need to be prepared for. If you are not perfect for the position, this is the kind of interview that will weed you out. While difficult, the process was still pleasant.
