I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Maidstone, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
I have to say the whole interview process was conducted in a very professional manner. I was interview by both the Manager and Assistant Manager. You need to do your homework on the roll before the interview as they ask a lot of questions about the company and what you know and lots of sales based questions and to give different examples of sales and situation you have been in with customers. Also, be enthusiastic as a positive personality is a big part of the role. Overall it was a good experience and the interview was very thorough but you were made to feel relaxed throughout.

I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
