Interview
I actually got invited to an interview after buying a kitchen. Sent over my CV then went for interview.. they called me the next day offering me the job. This isn’t the normal process however.

Question 1
How would you drive sales at the end of a promotion to make sure you hit your target?
I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
