I applied online. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (London, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Very relaxed, went through CV and experience. 6 competency questions were asked followed by a thorough breakdown of the job role and training process. Ticked off a list to ensure you understand and was explained about the role properly.

I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Question 1
What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
