I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Cambridge, England) in May 2021
Interview
Two interviews. Initial screening on the phone first. General questions around what you do now and what you think the role is, salary and responsibility explanations.
Quick response, second interview in the show-room with ability to arrive earlier and have a look around. Questions based around behaviours and competency based questions rather than kitchen or designing related.
Please understand this is a heavy sales position and is entirely focused on a drive to sale so the confidence must be high in to not being afraid to ask for it.

Interview
In store interview went well, wasn’t successful due to someone else having more sales experienced applied for other roles which went through the recruitment team who are useless. Constantly told they’ll sort out interviews then ignore me for days in end
Suburb from start to finish, very informative, felt comfortable, very welcome if company so far. Look forward to the next stage. Was asked at the end of the interview if there was anything I was unsure of, looking forward to working with the company.

Interview
I found the staff to be very friendly towards me, learnt a lot during the interview process. Fairly straight forward and not too formal which made it really easy for me.
