Quick response, second interview in the show-room with ability to arrive earlier and have a look around. Questions based around behaviours and competency based questions rather than kitchen or designing related. Please understand this is a heavy sales position and is entirely focused on a drive to sale so the confidence must be high in to not being afraid to ask for it.
