      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Wrike (Prague) in Jun 2026

      Interview

5 Rounds of Interviews over 1 month in time. From Recruiter to VP & team members for fit. The team was nice. The manager was engaged in his team and their results.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They're requiring you to go through a comprehensive Background check through a third Party called HireRight. In this process they're asking for personal tax information. When I declined and tried to get my information removed from their system as per GDPR I was told that my information doesn't belong to me it belongs to Wrike. I've asked Wrike to rectify and delete the information I uploaded which included Personal T4 slips and more detailed information.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience and for the positive comments about the team and interview process. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the background check process and the handling of your personal information. We take matters of privacy seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are currently reviewing this internally and raising it with our vendor, as this is not the experience we want for our candidates. With kind regards, Wrike's TA team.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Wrike (Prague) in Feb 2026

      Interview

This was my second interview for 2 different positions at Wrike. HR person was totally unprepared for both of the interviews and couldn't even answer questions like if it's on-site or remote position and since it's a night-time shift it's pretty important. After an interview, they went totally silent and when I sent an email to remind them, I got a template rejection with no feedback or whatever. Total waste of time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling disappointed, and we appreciate your continued interest in Wrike. To clarify, most of our roles, including night shift positions, are hybrid, as indicated in the job description. In some situations, candidates may have specific location-related requests, and in those cases, recruiters may need to check with the hiring manager to confirm whether any flexibility is possible. Regarding the recruitment process, when a candidate is not moved forward after the recruiter screening stage, it means the profile was not selected by the hiring manager for the next step. We understand how frustrating a lack of clarity or follow-up can feel, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you as well for your interest in Wrike and for reapplying despite the previous outcome. Wrike TA team.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike (Prague) in Oct 2023

      Interview

it was not that long, 3 steps: HR, director of the position and manager. Quite entertaining, where they challenged about the knowledge and sales skills. The first one was overall "get to know you" type of interview, second one was case study to test you, third one just a chat with manager with potential questions.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

one questions that left me puzzled was: if I was a granpa and had no knowledge of the internet and computer, how would you describe Netflix in one sentence?

Thank you for sharing your interview experience at Wrike. We are delighted to hear that you found our interview process engaging and that it provided a suitable platform to showcase your knowledge and sales skills. From initial conversations with the HR team to more in-depth discussions with the director and manager, we aim to offer a comprehensive interview experience that balances getting to know the candidate as well as their ability to navigate real-world scenarios, such as the case study you mentioned. The question about describing Netflix to a grandparent without knowledge of the internet or computers speaks to our aim to evaluate a candidate's ability to simplify complex concepts, which is a crucial skill in sales. Above all, we're excited to learn that you've accepted our job offer! We look forward to welcoming you to the Wrike team—we are confident you will be a valuable addition. Best wishes as you embark on your new career path with us!
