It was a smooth process. The interviewer after a short greeting jumped immediately to the questions, which were prepared and structured. She had a lot of contextual information around my application, which made me feel at ease. While I was responding she made sure to keep eye-contact making the conversation rather engaging, the with the note-taking format. What I disliked from the interviewer was the fact that we were supposed to have a mock-call, which she implied we could do in another call. After, the first call I got an automatic rejection email, which felt distasteful and leaving a feeling of distrust towards the interviewer and the company itself.
