Both interviews were rushed. You can tell that they are trying to squeeze as many people as possible through the interview process. The first two interviews are 30 min and you better talk fast. They are a startup company that began 4 years ago. Their most senior Project Manager has only been there 7 Months! That speaks volumes for the company‘s turnover. They current have customers ranging from someone who knows nothing about the cannabis business to big companies. They are currently managing 30 to 35 projects a person. They are hoping those numbers will decrease as they onboard new PM’s into the organization. There is a no work from home policy, only under emergency situations. They are very much a 8 to 5 or 9 to 6 company. However, since they are growing at a fast speed they expect their PM’s to put in 10 - 13 hours a day. So if your looking for a flexible schedule, typical 8 hour job, this isn’t it.
