I don't believe they fully prepare anyone interviewing for how long the process will actually take for potential team members. When I interviewed, I first had an interview with the recruiter, then a team member, manager and then lead and then a HR Specialist. So in total, I had 5 interviews which left me discouraged and exhausted. I felt as though the interview was not wanted by those interviewing. They weren't interested at all and the questions were mostly asked by myself. This probably should have been a red flag.
