I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2025
Interview
The first interview was a panel. There were three manager-level employees and approximately 12 prospective employees. It was a personality assessment as they took notes. After that, you were dismissed to go home, and if they liked you, you received a call to do a second interview with two supervisor-level employees. The second interview was more of a combination of personality and standard interview questions.

Interview
The Interview process was very quick, They gave more information about the position during the interview. But they left out key information on the job listening, One was that you must be 21 to apply for the position, I'm surprised that they chose me for the interview even though I'm under 21.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Applied via website. Got called in for a group interview with about 30 people. Mostly female, many with local call center exp. First stage was stand up, give your name and a brief recap of your resume. Duration approx 1 hour to go thru everyone. Hint... stay on point and speak clearly.
Made it to round 2 - 2 days later. Smaller group meeting (18 people say) with three members of the staff you are being interviewed for. Similar process, stand up, state give your name and perhaps where you have traveled to that made a big impression on you. Left the room, first group called back in (sorry, not this time) and second group of about 9 that moved on to 1 on 1 interviews.
Somehow made it to round three with 2 members of the call center staff. Met for close to an hour in the call center environment conference room. Had a great interview, thought I had hit it out of the park. Made a connection. Got an email 2 days later... sorry not this time.
Figured I was close so applied again when the same job came up, did not make it past round 1.
