I filled out an application online, and then I was emailed by their hiring manager for a virtual interview. There were about 3 people from Wynn there listening to our responses. About 23 of us potential candidates joined the online meeting. We were all asked 1 question, something along the lines of: Whats your most memorable customer service interaction? All in all it was okay, but nervracking at first because I had never been in an interview with other candidates.

It took about 2 weeks process and got a email invite to a panel interview (20 applicants interviewed by hotel managers ) , every one took turn to answer just one question and told we will be notified in few days
