First interview: General manager of the restaurant - basic questions
Second interview: Director for restaurants
Third interview: SVP for F&B (The 3rd and 4th interviews are one after another)
Fourth interview: Secret shop report (It's pretty tricky because the secret shop is where you're going to work, and you don't know if your future GM will see it or not, so even if you see anything not that good, it's still hard to be too straight forward.)
Interview process is actually really fast (finished everything within 2 weeks) but it takes a long time for them to actually hire you (waited one month to start).
