I applied last June and received an invitation to a "meet and greet," in July. The meet and greet was a bit like a cattle call, and, yes, people are correct when they state that recruiters will talk to you for a very few minutes. Some applicants will go into a conference room and receive an invitation for a panel interview, and some will be told "thank you very much," and exit the building. These are likely the people who showed up in jeans or flip-flops rather than appropriate interview attire. I wore a suit and went to ALL FOUR interviews well-groomed. From the beginning July interview process, it took me four months to finally receive an offer. I did politely ask the final interviewer why the long process, and it makes sense--The Wynn is the top place to work in Las Vegas, and they want to make sure they get to know their employees before they hire them-make sure they are a good fit. I have accepted a position and have not started yet, but I will say once offered the position, I have been treated like gold. You will need to pass a background check and hair drug test. It feels really good to be part of this company.
