In my opinion, this company is discriminatory and does not care about candidates time. I have received more respect from Amazon, Microsoft, etc. This company is not worth considering if you have talent. They openly pay 20% less than other tech companies, and their careful crafted image is fake. Through this process they managed to lose me as a future candidate and as a customer. I will never support this company again.
