A previous coworker mentioned that I should look into the company. I reviewed the open positions and found two that I was highly interested in. I applied to one and reached out to one of the HR recruiters. He suggested I apply to the other position as the first was already pending.
After applying, it took about a day or two to hear back and schedule an interview. The first interview was a video call with three managers. All were very professional and approachable. There were plenty of normal questions with a few questions geared toward understanding my personality and approach to getting things done. I would describe it as more of an open discussion than rapid fire questions. It was very enjoyable and lasted about an hour or so.
I had the interview in the morning and got a call from HR later that day scheduling a call with the president of the division.
The second interview was also a video call with the president of the company. This was much more of a "how will I fit in" discussion more than skillset/knowledge base interview. That also went very smoothly and took maybe half an hour.
Within a week, they offered me the position. After the offer, we negotiated salary, start date, etc.
