The most tedious, robotic format interview that I experienced. Asks questions word by word on a sheet of paper that they must follow "Question number one.....Question number two....". Throw all of your related passion projects out of the window and expect to answer how you interact with people. Not surprising coming from a huge company.

Interview
Chiefly three-steps: recruiter, functional area peers and a manager, functional area director. Recruiter interview was very informal and really gauging interest. My second interview was very technical, but that is highly-dependent on the manager - mine was extremely intrusive and thorough (but good). Last interview felt very "would you fit our culture" more than technical.
All-in process took about 3.5 weeks.

When presented with an aspect of reactor design, how would I tackle a specific hurdle? Several questions along this line were used to gauge previous engineering knowledge and ability to think laterally about complex design issues.
