I did not apply for the position but recruiter found me via LinkedIn. He insisted and convinced me to apply for the position which I did, after spending many time and effort, they rejected my application with only a generic message. No feedback provided, no idea about what happened there. Interviewers were not very ready, one of them told me that her phone would ring since she was waiting for a call which I thought it was really unrespectful.
