Friendly and straightforward. The questions were based on the CV. Talking about oneself was required and that's pretty much it. The interviewees were supportive and friendly with an informal chat going on. The whole thing was for less than an hour and I got the offer in a matter of days.

The process involved about 6 stages which kicked off with an HR screening call, followed by an assessment then calls with different regional aheads across the globe and then an interview with the hiring manager before a final call with HR
