Applied online, contacted by recruiter within 2 weeks, and a phone screen with the hiring manager 1 week later. Questions were mostly based on qualifications as well as behavior. An on-site interview 2 weeks later where 5 team members interviewed me in 30 minute blocks. Questions were more behavioral, some technical, and some about culture.

I was contacted a few days after by a recruiter, we spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes, mostly about my resume and programing languages I was familiar with. After that he scheduled a follow up call. I talked to the head of the research team I would be working with, she was a lot more intense and asked about specifics that I'd be working with.
