1 phone, 1 Skype, 1 in person interview. The "media team" seemed somewhat clueless as it pertained to the media type I was interviewing for. Overall the general experience was good, but I was surprised at how low the salary was. The team was disconnected by location and during the interview I realized just how different they felt their goal was. Much of the conversation was ethereal concepts rather than actual "let's get something done" action items. While the salary was lower than I was willing to accept, even if they offered a HUGE raise over my current role, (at that time) it would be a tough decision. They don't seem to have any clue on what they are doing. Very surprised at how poorly organized the "team" was.
