Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, writing assignment, and finally a panel with six interviewers. Recruiter was incredibly friendly and supportive and most interviewers were very friendly but the entire process was long. Each step had about one week of wait time in between and once I completed the final round, I waited 4+ weeks for a decision and was only emailed a rejection after asking for an update twice.
