I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at X (Singapore) in May 2015
Interview
I went through 8 rounds of interviews by the time I received the offer letter.
1st Round : Phone Interview with the HR
2nd Round : In-person interview with Hiring Manager
3rd Round : Video interview with out-stationed Colleague. This was less of an interview but more of a chit chat to get an idea of the team.
4th Round : Video interview with Global head of Department
5th Round : Phone interview with Head of parallel department who asked me some technical questions.
6th Round : Global Head of a parallel department
7th Round : Controller
8th Round : Hiring Manager again. This was the final round, more of a talk to answer any job related queries.
Received the offer within hours after the last round of meet.
i had multiple interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager and potential team. The process was smooth, but communication slowed down as we got closer. I was disappointed with this.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at X (Miami, FL)
Interview
The whole process was pretty fast and well organised.
Several interviews HR -> Hiring manager -> test -> hiring manager -> 4 Panel interviews -> HR
Never felt ghosted, overall great experience
Applied online, had a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager and then a live SQL coding session. Didn't get past the SQL coding interview, though the process was a positive one overall.
