Starts with a phone screen with HR, then phone screen with manager and then 4 in person interviews. Everyone is very nice and helpful throughout the process. I recommend really understanding the Twitter UI before interviewing. The 4 in-person interviews all interview for different skillsets - Technical, Cultural, client aptitude, etc

The interview process was organized and the people I worked with were professional. No offer to continue forward in the process after 1st interview. The company has potential if it would consider further who their customer is externally and internally.
