3 online interviews, 2 interviews in person and a writing test.The whole process took 2 weeks and they were very flexible on adjusting the timings to fit in with my schedule. Great people but the process is too long, they ask the same questions in every interview just from different people, and near the end it was very repetitive. I enquired about the salary many times but it was never disclosed and in the end I didn't get the offer and still have no idea of the salary, package or any of the benefits. I think they are too secretive about these details even though the process is so long. I don't think it's fair to hide salary or package details for so long especially if it is such a lengthy interview process, since it is a waste of the employer and employee's time if it dosen't match the expected range of the employee.
