I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at X (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
First a phone screen which went very well, and later on we agreed on a second interview on the phone with the hiring manager. They didn't provide the manager with my new number that I had provided and clarified to the recruiters so we couldn't have the call. very unorganized on the recruiter side. They didn't call me to let me know that they couldn't connect so I emailed them. Then they invited me in-house for the interview which is better. However I waited for aprox 20-25 mins for the manager to come down. The recruiter hadn't notified her.
The interview with the hiring manager was very enjoyable, very relaxed. It felt more like a normal conversation rather than question.answer. etc.
I didn't get the offer but I received great feedback from the interview.
