I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at X in Dec 2015
Interview
I was contacted by an HR representative about a week after I submitted my application. She seemed sweet and sincere, and I was really excited about my phone interview that we set for the very next day. I prepared and researched, and felt I really nailed the interview. The posting had mentioned that they were accepting new college grads, so I was thoroughly surprised to receive a denial email the day after my interview mentioning my lack of experience being the reason I didn't get this role. In fact, I have quite a bit of professional experience in the areas they mentioned, so overall just left a bit confused.
