Interview
If you can speak and read/write (barely), then you're hired. It's not hard to get in for entry positions. For Program Management positions, the interviews are a formality/show for the other employees. They parade you through the office in a suit and tie so it appears there was an open selection process, but the truth is that internal candidates are all pre-selected and pre-hired for the job they're applying for and simply need to show up and go through the interview motions.
