2 stage process; a meeting to go through time based English, Math and attention to detail, second was a face to face with the Manager to discuss the company, the work place ethics, my employment background, the role and responsibilities and what my transferrable skills were. Second meeting included a tour of the offices and a short chat with the Team Lead.
