I was referred to my current Manager and was interviewed initially over the phone.
Once accepted, I had a 2nd interview with the same Manager.
After that, I had to be meet the department's head, which in my case was the General Manager of the company.
It was a very friendly experience, however, it took around 3 months after the 3rd interview for the final approval.

Open, positive, ethical, with HR staff, then direct manager, eager to understand how previous work experience and personal profile match the actual position, open to answer all the questions I addressed. After that, it proved to be the truth, no embellishments at all.
