I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Xerox (Kansas City, MO) in Sep 2024
Interview
I’ve had two phone interviews with recruiters for Xerox. Both times they reached out to me from my profile on LinkedIn.
Both were extremely aggressive, bordering on harassment with the constant phone calls to get me to apply.
Once I did apply the phone calls become more aggressive to get me to schedule with hiring manager. They kept interrupting me at my current job while I was trying to work.
Interview itself was forced on me while I was trying to work and just felt awkward.
I backed out of the process both times after the phone screen with the recruiter. Very unprofessional and lacking respect of peoples time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerox (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
I did two job interviews and now I'm waiting for the third interview. It was not too hard in general, but you have to be prepared for it. These two interviews have done by telephone.
