fairly easy to answer questions about being a customer service representative. Hiring manager explained what I would be doing on the job. I had to take a typing test, answer some behavioral questions and fill out an online application.

Went great interviewers were really friendly went over everything I asked and answered all my questions asked relevant questions pertaining to the job gave the option to use personal or professional scenarios

It was very great, very informative. And the interviewer really knew how to make me feel comfortable. And I'm very happy that I chose them. It was absolutely amazing. I really look forward to working with them in the future
