Meet the manager at the career fair. One in-person talk, then I got an email for another phone interview, it was almost one hour. they were two interviewer, including the manager I met at the career fair. They asked about my research in details, the algorithm that I am working on it and lots of ML questions.

One site panel interview, flown in to New York for day of in-person interviews with subject matter experts. Met with entire team. Behavior type questions and then technical assessment on skills. Got a site tour. Lunch. etc.
