I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2011
Interview
Was short, to the point, and very informative. Was done at a local restaurant since the SBU was in from out of town. I was asked about my background, accounting, and why I thought I was qualified to switch to Procurement. Once the SBU was satisfied that I was qualified, we discussed salary, negotiating until we were both satisfied.

However the lady which was from a different the department was the one asking questions and the guy from logistics department was just listening. Good luck !
