There were 3 phone interviews, the first was performed by the recruiter over the phone, the second was done by the VP of operations and third was performed by a peer which would be performing the same job as myself. All three gave me an overview of the job I was interviewing for. However, the last year interview the peer view, there were more specific industry questions relating to accounting. I had to give more examples of my roles in my current company.
