Someone met you in the front reception part of the building and organized you in groups of 20 who then walked you down to their town center where there were over 100 people waiting to be interviewed. Then you met with someone one on one who pre-screened to get to know you and if they felt that you are a good candidate you will be interviewed by two people in a private area. Then they sent you a personal e-mailed that consists of typing, listening skills and personality skills tests that you completed at home. A drug test was required and within 2 weeks you were in the training program.
