Two stage process. One room ... provided a test of typing speed (did not have to type fast, just be accurate as best) and HR evaulated your resumes/work history. If cleared, I would then have the interview with one of the Supervisors available. Problem was that they had to "find" a supervisor to perform the interview.

Why are you applying for this position, based on your vast history. I later learned it was asked based on my resume showing a good amount of diverse positions, that they would be concerned I would go as soon as something came up (being overqualified).
