I was given a powerpoint presentation and asked to present to the team. Since then, I think they've changed things to where you present whatever you want - we've even had people "train" us on how to tie a scarf (she did really well, and got the job!). Once the team has seen and interviewed all the candidates, they present their recommendation to management. This team is under new management now, so the process may be very different.
