The interview process for me was very quick and took less than two hours to complete that same night. It all started with a call from the recruiter and he asked me about what I do and who I was. Afterwards, I was endorsed for operations interview with the manager in Manila and immediately after, I was endorsed for client interview. I was initially offered a senior role but they downgraded it to a non-senior role.
