I had a phone interview with Melissa Yost for an operations role. Prior to this call I hadn’t had much practice interviewing so I was a bit nervous about the whole thing. Not more than five minutes into our conversation, I felt more comfortable and confident about the interview. Melissa was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about Xifin and over all a great interviewer. She paid really close attention to everything I said, thoroughly reviewed my resume and did a phenomenal job explaining Xifin’s position in the industry.
