I applied online through their careers site. Within a week I had been accepted for a screening interview over the phone. This was quite casual, briefly going over my experience and college work. I was invited for an interview in person within a few days. This consisted of three interviews, the first was a technical interview with several members of the engineering team, then with the engineering manager and finally with somebody from HR.
