The process was quite tough. I had my CV referred by an employee at the company. Afterwards it took 2 weeks to settle the phone screening. The phone screening was pretty harsh and technical, you must know your business. Then, after one week, I was invited to go to the Xilinx Headquarters at Cork. I had an Interview with 6 engineers and 1 HR. The interview questions were easy except for those questions of Data converters I was asked and since I didn't covered up that topic I left unclear. They will ask about OpAmps, Current sources, Frequency Response, and your recent experience. They paid all expenses (accommodation and airplane ticket).
