Xylem Finance interview questions

Applied on Xylem portal. Two weeks later had a phone interview with HR. One week later an interview with the hiring manager. After more than one week and a half I reached to HR asking where in the process they were and no response. It is disappointing and disrespectful to ghost the candidate interviewing. The respect for everyone's time should go both ways. I've read many other reviews that HR is ghosting the candidates. A simple statement saying that the position was filled would have been enough. Did not expect this treatment from a company as big as Xylem.
