I applied for this position via LinkedIn, was immediately contacted by their recruiter for an initial screening which consisted of behavior and previous experience questions. After 1 day got an email an recruiter to schedule an in person interview. This was the "worst" in-person interview I have ever experienced. I was interviewed by 2 developers-Questions consisted of previous experience and behavioral questions. As the interview was taking place in a conference room and rest of the company employees were seated outside the conference room, one of the interviewers was continuously looking outside and laughing while I was answering the questions (this made me really uncomfortable). This was indeed an unprofessional behavior. I really don't understand how such people are employed by this company.

It take couple days to schedule the interview. It was over the skype! I got email with time and date, IT was my first skype interview! never did before. so excited about it. it was prepared!
