Interview
Got a mail to attend F2F interview on weekend. There were two rounds of technical Interview after which HR said that I am selected and will get a call in a day. Now the fun begins. It had been a week and the HR dint call. I went for interview at Pune but the Hiring guy was in Indore so if you call pune branch they will say that call indore like both are different companies. After me calling them I got a call and he negotiated package and after agreeing to a amount he said he will get back to me. Then he dissapeared. After like 20 days and my 300 calls he responded saying that he could not get the salary approved and he decreased salary like 20%. I rejected the offer but I dont understand why do they waste a candidates time. Cant you finish your HR round in a week? So never trust on them until you get an offer letter in hand.
