Interview process was very formal with lots of questions. Completed by local Area Sales Manager. Was very personable, offered to buy coffee. Process lasted about 1 hour. Asked questions regarding P&L reports and general sales questions. Asked what I would be doing if I didn't have to work every day. Described my best day off scenario. Seemed interested in listening to the details.

I applied via LinkedIn and was also a referral from a current employee. I was called for the phone screen / 1st interview. Recruiter went over the job and asked me a few questions. I was told to expect an e-mail and a call or text setting up an interview with the hiring manager. I received no call, no e-mail, no text. I reached out two separate times to this person and got absolutely zero response.
