It was difficult setting up the interview, (lots of phone tag), which is understandable. Once the interview was scheduled, it was a very simple, straight-forward process. Interviewed with director and manager and felt like they were very open and straight forward. They were clear about expectations, starting date, training process, and the tone of the agency you'd be working for. They were very upfront about the process and timeline of filling the position.
