The interview process was made up of the Executive Director, the outgoing Program Director and several board members. Each interview committee member was given an answer sheet to write down the candidate's answers; although, the Executive Director that asked the questions.

It Began with a Phone screen call with Hr. Followed then by an initial interview with the program lead and Hr. It concluded with a final interview with Hr, program lead and team members.

Lengthy phone interview then in person interview, then called in for in person interview as next step. Did not pursue position further, seems to offer decent benefits and vacation sick after allotted time.
