It was a waste of time and the staff lack professionalism. The first stage which is automated with mental agility and words survey test was good. The call from the HR was really unprofessional as she had no idea of what possible times for the interview she was calling to set up. She said in the morning time, I had to ask what specific time in the morning. subsequently I go in for a 9.30 am interview which i arrived 15 mins early and i am not attended to until some minutes past 10.00. at this point I am sure this is not the right organisation for me, the HR guy apologizes for the delay but the hiring manager comes in and just says He is triple booked. Then he is not even professional in the interview question.. and he brags about how the company is about helping people meet their goal. they train you for a year or 2 and then you most likely move to other companies.. that there is a red flag.. if all your staff keep leaving then you are definitely doing a lot o things wrong
